“Only dead fish go with the flow”. REALLY??
I read this quote somewhere on Instagram, and I already used to agree on this law, that was about maybe two years ago… And, I was going through tough times.
A girl full of aggression and was rebellious to live against a normal, usual life. I used to build rules for my self, and then penalties as well. I always had my principles and Continue reading “Only dead fish go with the flow”. REALLY??
via Daily Prompt: Successful
Being successful is not what humans lack in their life. We run after success because in the end of the day we would be happily answering our inner selves:
” I achieved my goals! I’ve been blessed by God to accomplish what I needed to be, what I wanted to be or What my purpose was!”.
And yes, that is going to make us happy; the feeling to be the winner; where we were not competing with others but, our own inner demon that forces us to do nothing in our lives,
and seriously that NOTHING transforms into a great Regret, after years.
And for being successful in our lives, it is not just to be a millionaire, to live in a luxurious villa, or at times being able to buy anything without thinking of your resources.
Instead, for me, success is when we are satisfied with our exertions though not being able to touch the red flag so far. But just the efforts, the efforts to become something you are not at the present. The every effort we do, we are making our time something worth we are going to be proud of in the future.
Doing nothing will transform into a big regret in the coming years, try to do something, start from the beginning performing the smallest of the daily assignments. And don’t let those inner Demons come over you.
We will be happy and satisfied in the future for not letting the bad days come over us, and proud because we did something. We made the darkest days, the brighter ones.
And after years at that stage of our lives, there would be something worth evoking.
And trust me,
that would be the greatest Success!
You know it’s really nice to attend lunch, tea-time, & dinner time (parties). But, I feel so happy for being invited on a Saudi breakfast by my neighbour.
As, I’m a Pakistani, I’ve never had such delicious, healthy, and much fatty food before. 😀
Areeqa (عريقة), A Saudi traditional food specially or mostly served at breakfast time, with Gahwa قهوة and black tea شاي أحمر along with yummy honey & sesame coated dates.
Gahwa is very healthy, as it contains ingredients which strengthen our body. It’s best to be consumed while you’ve eaten nothing I mean, on an empty stomach. It is considered as the most important part of their(Saudi’s) lives.
Always after sipping gahwa, we are supposed to start eating. Although Gahwa is without sweet(sugar) but the aromatic taste makes me to love this Arabian coffee… ❤
She said: ” عريقة is been eaten since centuries, and when our children are at growing age and become bony. They just need to eat this for forty days, and will become as healthy and powerful as lions”
Be there! To get the perfect recipe for this perfect breakfast..
